TASK: To Make Opening On RC Compartment Wall Inside The Existing Reservoir

Install m.s. cover on negative side.
Diamond wire sawing is the most efficient way to remove RC structure if compare to other type of cutting method.
Drill pilot holes for looping the diamond wire at all corners from the other compartment.
After the cut-out removed, we can see the m.s. cover is behind the opening.
To prepare the substrate and reinstate the concrete cover using formwork grouting method .
The high early strength cementitious grout used for this special job can be open for service after 8 hours of placement.
This compartment is resumed for service after 11 hours of work which was allowed by client.
